2017 Year-End Banquet

2017 Year-End Banquet

November 4th - Year-End Banquet!

Join us at Indian Creek Steakhouse in Caldwell on November 4th to celebrate another awesome show year with Gem State! We’ll be honoring our year-end award winners, recognizing our sponsors, and having a great evening out with our members.

The Meal

We’re doing things a little different this year. Indian Creek is providing their full menu, so instead of paying a flat fee ahead of time, you’ll order what you like and pay for your own meal. GSSHA is picking up the tab for gratuity*.

*except on alcohol–please tip your bartender for your drinks!

The Auction

We’ll be auctioning off items generously donated by members, sponsors, and the community. This auction helps us keep putting on our series of spring clinics and summer shows.

Get in touch if you’d like to donate–it doesn’t have to be horse related!

The Schedule

5:00 PM: GSSHA Board Meeting (open to the public–join us!)

6:00 PM: Drinks

7:00 PM: Dinner

After dinner: Auction

After auction: Awards

Please RSVP by Monday, October 30.

If you’re planning to donate an auction item, please let us know on your RSVP form or fill out the Donate form by 11/4–while we appreciate all donations, we want to make sure to advertise your contribution and thank you for your generosity!

Youth Scholarship

As part of our continuing effort to build a strong youth community, we’ll again be offering our annual scholarship for youth participants in Gem State.

Deadline for application: 11/1/17
